Now you (Bebert, wrenchhead, wickey) should have moderator rights on the "contributions" section, so you can edit the first message of a topic to change its title (using " " icon on the first message)

Yes, I think that should make it easier to find things that need uploading. In addition, I will continue to put Done and the link to the movie at the end to comments when I upload.

Changes cannot be done to the forum as it is not made by me, unlike imcdb site
I could edit the first message by adding a "[DONE]" text in front of the title of the topic. I can give you and to the few others that upload sometimes pictures (wickey, Bebert, ...) the moderation rights, so you can also edit messages.
Would it be a good solution?

I have been busy lately and not able to be on the site much. I like to help upload the contributions. However, if I am away for a day or so the contributions build up and it is not easy to find those that need uploading - often have to page through a dozen posts. Would it be possible to add a check box on the main contributions page that would indicate uploading has been done for a particular contribution? I could then ignore those contributions when I look for things to upload.
