@antp - yes, most were built in Belgium, but they were also assembled in Australia from mid 1998 until late 1999. Only sedans and wagons were ever built in Australia, all hatches were imported.

Some were build in Belgium though, but if not all AUS/NZ models come from there, indeed it should not be mentioned except if the info is sure (e.g. via VIN)
