Isn't Lifetime a basic cable channel in the US? Therefore most would receive it. Aside from that, there are other "less legitimate" ways of obtaining these movies. And does it matter if they're "chick flicks"? We're not sitting through the movie with the aim of watching it - most of the titles I've added on here I haven't personally watched. There are loads of non-Lifetime chick flicks on the site already, so that isn't the issue.

Alex_DJ has been adding a lot of Christmas movies during that season, not sure if they are from Lifetime, but from similar channels anyway.

It probably has to do with demographics. Lifetime generally caters to a female audience, their slogan used to be "Television for Women". Our site skews more male than female, probably a lot more male.

The other reason is in the US at least, most of their content is only available on their own streaming service. There are a few things on Hulu (one of Lifetime's owners is Disney), but in order to access most of their movies, you would need to subscribe. And most of our male members probably are not subscribing.

Do their movies feature a lot of vehicles? I don't think of them when I think of automobile content.

If someone took on this task it could keep them very busy for a long time.

That’s your answer right there. Many users here (me included) are reluctant to attach themselves like that.

Often people add movies they watch... Maybe none of the regular members here are watching these? (or not from a source that makes captures easy)
These are also maybe not those with the most interesting cars

Every year there are about 150 Lifetime TV movies released, but nobody on here seems to be adding them (or very few are added). Why? If someone took on this task it could keep them very busy for a long time.

If someone wants to start, here's a list of just 2024 movies: https://www.imdb.com/list/ls526564281/
