The Park is Mine, Movie made for TV, 1986
http://www.imcdb.org/movie.php?id=91724
I am not sure why IMDb lists this as 1986, because in closing credits and cable company directory info it states 1985. Also I’m not sure why it says made for tv, I believe it was a regular theatrical release and made for tv movies in USA don’t normally contain nudity.
Unknown Motorcycle *** (I think it possibly says Yamaha on crank case view), also there were thanks to Yamaha Motor Canada Ltd. In the credits
circa 1978 Chevrolet Chevy Van ***
circa 1981 Dodge Diplomat (I think) **
Unknown police vehicle **
circa 1980 Chevrolet Caprice *
Unknown police car**
Unknown assorted police cars *
circa 1976 Plymouth Volare (I think) *
circa 1982 Lincoln Town Car**
1980 Lincoln Continental Mark VI (I think) **

The Park Is Mine (1985 or 1986)

Because first air date is 1986: http://french.imdb.com/title/tt0091724/releaseinfo
But to be released on 3rd Jan, it has to be done in 1985
One remark about picture size: for 4:3 pictures like these, it is better to reduce a little the size, e.g. between 640x480 and 662x496, i.e. keeping the height below 500 pixels to not have too big pictures.
(just a note for the future, pictures posted above are good and can be used as they are, no problem with that)

I'll try to remember to do this in the future. Just to clarify, for "widescreen" (16:9) I should resize to 720 pixels wide, but for "full-screen" (4:3) it is preferable to resize to 496 pixels high?

yes, i.e. max width = 720 & max height = 500, and so for 4:3 the width is smaller.

Thanks for the clarification. I wasn't previously aware of the maximum dimension on the height. I was just going by what is said in the first message of the forum topic entitled "Subject: [Contributions] How you can submit pictures (NEW)", which states:
"In the case that the picture is ready to use (i.e. no borders & correct ratio) here are the limitations of the site: 720 pixels wide, and 80 KB."
Just a friendly suggestion, but maybe you might want to modify this message to add something about the 500 pixels maximum height just for possible future contributors' reference.

Indeed I forgot to mention it.
But do not worry, it is not a problem, as I said it was "just a note for the future".
