The marked police car is actually a 1988-1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria, with the one to the right of it being an LTD from the 1983-1987 generation. As for the unmarked blue car, that is a 1987-1990 Chevrolet Caprice 9C1 (Fleet wheels make it that).
