Two yuppie kids drove it around to attack homeless people, inlcuding Jeff Bridges' character who they assumed was homeless(but was just on a drinking binge). The limos were background vehicles. I thought you were talking about the one that was surrounded by taxicabs and used by Lou Rosen(David Hyde Pierce) to discuss turning Jack Lucas's(Bridges) radio show into a TV show.
