Ddey65, I am confused when you say you "tried to capture but couldn't". Do you mean that there is not a good view possible, or that you just were not able to due to some technical issue?

If the latter is the case, I do not know what media player you are using; but the free Media Player Classic allows frame-by-frame advancing that should allow you to capture any single frame.
