I've just added the vehicles: http://www.imcdb.org/movie_98213-Roger-and-Me.html
By the way I think you missed a few things, like the car from Michael Moore's childhood home movie footage and the car from that cheesy corporate video. Try looking through the film again for 2 star vehicles (things people get in and out of).

I made a second pass and found these. I had seen them but didn't include them because they were too "part seen" or obstructed.
Buick, one star

1959 Chevrolet Biscayne, two stars

unknown van (International Harvester?), two stars

unknown (1988 Pontiac Grand Prix?), two stars

The cheesy chamber of commerce video yielded two cars I sent earlier but didn't get used...

...and this one, driven by the two characters in the video, that I didn't send in earlier because it was so obscured I couldn't even tell what kind it was:

...unless it's the aforeseen Chevy Impala or Caprice.
Volkswagen Rabbit or Golf, two stars

an alternate shot of the jumpin' Ford Rangers I sent in earlier:

Finally, this one belonging to one of the people who was evicted, unknown, two stars:

The cheesy 1940s era GM videos didn't show cars, in fact one shows a bunch of parade footage and a sea of people but not a single car.
There's also a lot of great traffic shots that show GM cars all over the place, I'll put them in the comments section like I usually do with freeway-type shots.
