As far as I know, all NovaBus RTS production was at Roswell, even units ordered by Canadian agencies. Those units have VINs starting with 4RK (NovaBus USA, Roswell) not 2NV (NovaBus Canada). 2002 was the end of NovaBus RTS production; any newer RTSes were built by Millennium Transit Services, also at the Roswell plant.
