doesn't the black border rule aply just to HORIZONATL ones? we only have some very small vertical ones

Pictures should be submitted without black borders. Neither horizontal nor vertical. The vertical one on right there was not 'small'.

2 cool cars in this video, I would give them 2 stars , there are another 2 but only closeups which makes them ID nearly impossible
