It is a edge case.
I would consider that as a 3-door commercial wagon, so rather wagon than van category, as it has the outside body of a wagon rather than a van.
In the same way, if you remove the rear sets of a hatchback or wagon (can be done for tax reasons in some European countries), I would not consider that as being changed to a van for the site.
But that's just my personal opinion, I can see these listed as van without issue
As anyway we tend to list the Holden Ute Vans as van rather than wagon, I think.
