As said previously, for co-productions when there is an origin more important to others, that is fine as single origin for IMCDb.
Like for Doctor Strange, this is a US movie, with probably some co-production for parts filmed in other places, but it is still a US movie.
Wikipedia is maybe a better reference than IMDb for this, since IMDb simply lists the countries linked to production company involved.
