antp on the cover of the free dvd it dosent tell you the ratio so I took a guss at 640x481 (1.25)(4.3)

I think that they should have rather been 640x428, i.e. a 1.5 ratio rather than 1.33 (4:3), which is strange as it is rather unusual.

Simply divise width by the ratio and you get the height.
e.g. if width = 640 and ratio = 1.85, then height = 640/1.85 = 346
16/9 = 1.77
4/3 = 1.33
that's just a simple math operation

antp i tried this and this is what I got
all 640 in width
1.85 - x346
1.25 - x512
1.33 - x481
1.66 - x386
1.77 - x362
2.35 - x272
2.40 - x267
4.3 - x149
1.5 - x427
16.9 - x38
thats what I got antp.

Right. Except "4.3" and "16.9" that are not the same kind of ratio.
It is 4/3 and 16/9, hence 1.33 and 1.77
And I do not think that "2.40" exists.
