Well, in that case we have got a car that is used (I hesitated between 2 and 3 stars), so we aren't talking about a background vehicle whose listing is debatable. I thought that all the cars that are "used" during a movie/music video are always worth listing. And don't forget that this song was performed especially for the Audi Q7 launch, so the car has a more important role than usually.
