I attempted to download this zip file, but it seemed the hosting service wanted a fee. And then after the one minute wait for free download, it asked to enter the four encrypted letters with a cat on them, but I could not tell which ones they were. If you wish to email the zip file directly to contrib@imcdb.org, that may work better.

Sorry about that. Rapidshare changed their CAPTCHA system right after I uploaded the files, I will not use them again.
