The pictures come from a fan site (http://www.geocities.com/jasondohringonline/caddyhome.html). I don't have the movie myself. Since the movie is about three young men being chased by a black Cadillac it's not surprising there are few exterior shots.

By the way, to be consistent it should probably be called "Cadillac Fleetwood 75".
