I've been working from home lately, so not many excuses to go out, but I still see interesting things sometimes.

A while back, our local trash service started using an electric BYD truck to collect our recycling, which I thought was neat.

Today they came around in something I didn't even know existed: a Battle.

Battle Motors is the new name (since 2021) of what used to be CCC. They make diesel, CNG, and electric trucks. The one on my street was diesel, but sounded almost as quiet as an electric.

Some pictures found on my old phone, taken back in 2012. Couldn't find anything about the 604, the Ascona has been scrapped, but the Camry is still alive and kicking:

What is this licence plate on the 604?

I believe those are 1994-2013 Dutch export plates, hence the NL sticker.
